With a plan you are pro-active instead of re-active to things coming at you.Time is what I treasure most as I only get so much of it in my lifetime on this plane of existence.So I have systems and processes for business and life that keeps me happy.

I am planing to paint my primary but can't decide on going with same color for living room, kitchen and dining or multiple colors.

Is there a reason why you don't hop on the plane and visit Houston and then rent a car and drive to Austin just to check it out for yourself?  

Also, the wood back then was rarely planed so a 2x4 is actually 2" x 4" vs the 1.5 x 3.5" they are now.

There's a time when a "free" video or blog can be helpful, but would you want to fly in a plane that had a Pilot who learned how to fly after a free online tutorial?

@Deangelo MackIt depends on what you are planing to use the LLC for.

Those markets are all far away enough that I have no familiarity with them; gotta rely on a local PM for the day to day hassles of being a landlord; can't frequently attend open houses; won't visit unless something goes seriously wrong, have to take a plane to get there, etc.
