I actually suggest a laser printer, the thing about low use with the inkjets is the inkjet cartridges dry out easily, and/or they "self-clean" which is where they just use up their own ink, and the cost of the ink is a total scam.

The Former gives you most flexibility with least "hair" on it like banks have, the second has the next least "hair" on it and is fixed terms, I would probably avoid an ARM if OF and FC were options.
