It's not the fact they drink or smoke that bothers me.

All "quality of life" offenses (drinking in public, public urination, aggressive panhandling, graffiti, vandalism, trespassing, loitering for the purpose of engaging in drug sales etc.)

We had an old claw foot tub in the pasture for the horses to drink out of and it was stolen.

Newbie here trying to find out if this deal structure seems legit, and if the deal is good enough to be able to pitch to potential buyers or JV partners.Thanks for any and all input- it’s like drinking from a fire hose for me.

Smokey may be getting older, developed a drinking problem, and have other issues. 

I sometimes wonder if I should take up drinking, get sober, then follow his example - lol.Best part is, drug addiction is a protected class and so the zoning for boarding houses does not apply. 

Could be lunch, drinks, shovels, gloves or dinner.  

All this was done while I was sitting on the beach drinking some Tito’s and tonic.

It doesn't really cost me anything to have it and I may sell it one day but it's nice to go down there once in while and walk the land and drink from my stream and think about putting a cabin up there one day.
