I would probably apologize and give them a gift card for dinner out and hope that is enough because having someone's shower water dripping on your bed is pretty nasty.

I find car cleanliness to be a tell tail clue.we will meet my banker for lunch ( talking about  a particularly large transaction)  and he will be in a jacket and tie.. then dinner at a cool hip Portland restaurant.. so no need to change all day... got my work out in at 6 am.. good to go..I have two presentations to do next month one at Google and one in So CAL...

It took 6 months of follow up and relationship building (we even took him out for dinner) before we went under contract.

This Thursday is bad because the girl just got back from Afghanistan and have dinner plans, please do connect via email or text with info on the next meeting!
