There shouldn't be an issue with it but the last thing you want is zoning breathing down your back.

I have been having so many issues with investors in my market say they can't find deals in one breath quoting old rules of thumb and numbers as if they were gospel in the very next breath without ever looking at the actual dollar amounts involved.

We are looking to acquire a fourth once we catch our breaths and then re-evaluate our strategy for trading up our properties into Multi-Family investing.

You don't really need their consent to share their info with other agents (they live & breathe networking), and if you do your job well they will be happy to sing your praises to other agents (& guess who just built up a favor in the favor bucket for the next marginal borrower or super fast loan closing needed).

@Mary Jay it is possible to build a lot of wealth in real estate a relatively short amount of time (3-7 years) but it takes a lot of knowledge or education, dedication, and eating, breathing, and sleeping investing in real estate, and it helps to have money to start out with.  

I feel like the money I received should go towards June because of the "Pay or Quit" notice, which gives them a little breathing room for getting May rent in.

but i am not holding my breath for a response.
