I would love to find the great neighborhoods that have as high a yield that are not class C or C---, lol, but those I believe are the true off market deals that you happen to snag at a buy price that makes it a no-brainer.Let me know if I can help further,Christina

If I am nursing a C or D class property it might just make since to fix when items break.  

If the rats where you are are anything like here in Chicago, there'll be tons outside of the house, so poisons won't do anything but attract them.

The law is not as well established as with C or S Corps but, in many jurisdictions they are being given the same protections.

The second notification is the check box questions on Schedule E or C (or on the company tax return) that asks if you should have filed and, if so, did you? 

In terms of quality of area most people rate them A to C or A to D. 

C or D class and your furnace may have legs and walk away. 

Personally, I always bet on the operators over the specific deal.
