Sorry if my question isn't that clear - I should have clarified that what I'm proposing is somewhat atypical in the architectural services world.

Frank -Reunion Resort is a beautiful community with the variations of the architecture of the homes and the 3 golf courses. 

I typically love the weird architectural homes.

Typically, it costs us about $110-$120/sf to build that type of home where we are at in the Tampa Bay area, but that doesn't include architectural fees, impact fees, etc., so it's going to cost you at least $165K just to build in that area before you get into all of the fees and costs plus what you paid for the dirt.

What should we expect to pay for architectural drawings, structural and civil engineering, and a surveyor?

Or it could be because the houses' architecture is unique (Such as turn of the century houses) that the area become trendy.

I've seen old radiators in architectural salvage shops for a few hundred bucks each.Don't let the HVAC guys walk off with it!
