They add on with threats of suing you for even more $$ with the hopes you think its best to let it go and "cut your losses".If what you stated is true.... and have the documentation to back it up, I'd tell her to pound sand and "I'll see you in court".....

- get the unit ready. the nicer is it, the quicker it will rent- list it. either use a realtor and add on mls or list it yourself on the websites..- pick a rent based on the mls or rentometer.com- when you get applications, run credit checks- find a great lease and copy it- INTERVIEW potential tenants...
