@Kimberly Renken One tip I didn't mention...you can (and should) address people using the @then-their-name to "tag" them, like you would on Instagram.

Send out mail, go door knocking, hand out business cards at local business, put fliers out that you buy houses, tell everyone and anyone you buy houses, use Instagram and Facebook (yes I've gotten a lead from Instagram).
