Whether it’s a large firm or boutique shop, you want to find a PM that values your business, is trustworthy/has your best interests at heart, and is responsive to your needs.

Trustworthy contractors are hard to find and usually those on BBB are not as reasonable as investors hope they are. 

Hey their,Just looking to see how to find trustworthy contractors that do good work and for the right price! 

There will be slightly less risk associated because they have already proven themselves to be trustworthy guests and you can set up your own safeguards (credit card holds etc), save the client money and put more profit in your pocket. 

Usually, they will be able to save you on closing costs and are more trustworthy because they work directly with the agent. 

In the last two models, it is critical to have built a network of subcontractors that are trustworthy and competent to deliver on budget and on schedule performance.This is where I see a lot of folks new to the business have breakdowns, they either haven't or can't build their networks effectively - either general contractor or subcontractor networks.

I think it's a great idea though if the person is trustworthy and reliable.
