I'd feel poorly if I forced a tenant to fill out a paper version only to port them to a website afterwards (and I can't even see a sample form without pretending to be a tenant-- so I'm unsure if that questionnaire will even ask for employer references that I can view after they fill it out).

Personally I'd rather have a tenant sniffing coke than smoking marijuana, which can leave an odor and possibly the need to re-paint after they leave.If they have been good otherwise, I would pretend I never saw this.
