Someone to take on a projects manager role.If I told my operations manager, who is the glue that holds the team together in Houston (so I can sit in California all day, in shorts, drinking coffee while relaxing on my balcony) that 'hey, I want you to start running business out from our units', I'd have a revolt on our hands.Bottom line is this: We lease our units out to long term renters.

I also buy $5 wine bottles at Costco and have the housekeepers leave them out (and they rave about this too, however, I would say only about 25% of guests drink it, so one bottle goes a long way ;).

We have a regular office, but being self-employed means weird hours so we can access anything from anywhere with an internet connection.In the long run, the thought is that with online versions we can access our books while sipping drinks on a beach somewhere...but we aren't to that point yet. :)
