As a competitor how do you rate?  

I was trying to be a little vague so these wouldn’t get swiped out from under me.  

And all my competitors rely on these companies to rank.

Since demand is retail demand is to relatively low, I prefer to offer a better product than my competitor just as Will does.

If I do this, I will be able to quickly identify a good deal vs a bad deal in that area, and so I would feel more comfortable making a higher bid if necessary to beat out competitors on the right deal.

@Devin MannNo one can tell you for your specific area, unless they have mailed that area and why would they tell a competitor what's working best for them just for you to copy and compete against them?

Ive also generated a 70 odd list of local competitors in the area to learn from as well as base my marketing against.The roddy meetup is held monthly and the next meeting is on 8/8/16. the meeting is in addison and cost $10 but free if you preregister.

Seem like disgruntled competitors to me, Seed Capital helped me get my business off the ground, and I would certainly not be where I am today without their services.

Have you done a rental survey for direct competitors nearby?

They wouldn't just cap it out right away at the adjustment period because I'll just refi with a competitor?
