I don't know if my walls are thinner than a typical home but I don't recall getting such an earful with the previous tenant who lived there. 

No disrespect, just reading your post made my blood boil for a minute on your behalf.

Tons of noise and drama, her throwing his furniture into the building hallway while screaming at the top of her lungs, cops being called, and even his blood on her - she'd attacked him!  

It should be relatively painless, you maintain your cash flow and there is no bad blood.

Thankfully I stayed cool while my blood boiled.  

The following is acceptable forms of proof of income (blah blah), If self employed then the following is acceptable. 3 reference letters signed by blah blah, 4th grade teachers signature that you were a good kid, 2 pints blood to be stored for emergencies.

So we sent our bombers at a higher altitude where the air is thinner. 

The thinner ones shows every imperfection in the subfloor.

Once you go through an eviction you will get a great deal of satisfaction from actually evicting a worthless blood sucking tenant.
