The only realistic or practical relief or recourse for the tenant would be to move.

The PM provided me with with a deposit reconciliation statement of costs that I will need to pay for and that they would typically charge to the tenant. 

We should start seeing better buying opportunities as new builds are completed and as the mortgage relief/ moratorium ends we may begin seeing Foreclosures again.
