You could get and idea of how much it could rent for on Rentometer.com or an app like Zillow or Trulia what other people are listing their houses at.Sorry, I probably should have given details.It is a 1200 sq foot single family situated near the newish Wegmans on Mt Read Blvd (close to Vintage Ln). 2 bedrooms, 1 bath.

Not sure what 12" miter you used that was underpowered, my 91 vintage Dewalt has cut 3" dia aluminum bar for me no problem.My belt is a 3x21 H-F that seems unkillable. it's an example of that H-F YMMV.
