I do the majority of my workouts as home, on Fitness Blender, a free workout channel on You Tube.

I am slowly building and uploading a library of short videos for current and future students on you tube.  

A while back I started listing to the XXX report on You Tube and i found it very negative and just scaremongering. people are saying that the sky is falling for few years now.

On the electric, I'm concerned that when it was "updated" before that they tied into the old knob and tube.

LOL  $20 down the tubes, but dreaming with the proprietor was worth it.I talked to the store owner when I bought.

She does go to the drive-in pharmacy for her medicine, but thinks nothing of the last person at that window, of the last person that used the container you place in the tube.

I agree get out of renting ASAP..  4 plex house hack.. or just house with some roomates. rent is throwing money down the tubes..
