 #3 garden units can be the difference between a building cash flowing and not cash flowing, but most of the time they are not built very well.

I think you could get the material for a gabion wall that would be more attractive, not toxic, maybe create a garden area rather than grass that you have to mow.

Well they used the space and built multiple gardens that will now need to be removed and there are some chairs and a workout machine/pull-up bar that was left as well.

The property is a 40-unit garden style complex with 4 buildings.
