Anyway just was a little amused at your thought of a realtor and a wholesaler being distinctly different when in fact they are exactly a like only the wholesaler has a much smaller amount of inventory to work with.

I look at it this way.. you have 2 distinct things going on here.. you have those that have a different chosen field / JOB  other than anything to do with real estate but feel rentals or some type of cash flow real estate is their goal to become independent of owning their own business or working for someone else..

When you start mixing and matching your personal name and the LLC then there is no longer any distinct separation and a court will treat them as the same entity which means if sued they can come after everything.

Your satisfier pays list price and accepts things as long as their basic criteria are met.I think as long as you're sure they can come up with the rent reliably, choosing to rent to a maximizer versus a satisfier isn't a distinction that will make you more profit.
