A week, from a health or water clarity standpoint, would be the most I would be comfortable with as an Owner or PM.

That clarity of how it truly works is important to wrap the mind around.

That's something you'll probably only get complete clarity on by talking to a few different real estate lawyers.

After you get clarity on that the rest will just fall in place.Concerning your worries of the market turning in the middle of a flip, it's understood and there are ways to identify the time when a shift is coming.  

I did exactly that and it allowed me to get much more clarity on good neighborhoods and bad neighborhoods and also get an understanding of the quality of the renovation and meet various PM teams etc.

I don't have any specific questions for a zoning attorney I'm just in need of clarity on the general allowance for each zoning code.
