Sounds like you have what you need, but in general, anything that can be done with a specific form can also be done with a general amendment form (basically a blank form that you fill in with any changes to the original contract).So, on a standard amendment form, you could write:"All parties agree the the closing date for the contract dated [DATE OF CONTRACT] for the property at [ADDRESS] will be extended to [NEW CLOSING DATE] without penalty to Buyer."

The other way to handle it is to have the seller deal with it before you close, or as a condition of close, assuming your local statutes allow such an amendment to survive close of escrow.Also, make sure the tenant deposits are made part of your escrow close.Just thoughts.
