Hello,I will be instructing a high school course to homeschoolers on financial freedom and options youth may have to start early in life to become FI.

I'd recommend the following: 1) Become an accredited investor the old fashioned way.

I am not currently an accredited investor but am able to contribute 50k/year into funds.

I am unsure of the actual financials of each of the potential investors and would not want to deny them the opportunity do to them not being accredited. 

Since none of us are accredited, is it possible to structure an LLC or LP with all of us general partners and tweaking the conventional contract to make the fees traditionally associated for general partners be directed to me?

I recently came across Cardone Capital and the new non accredited fund which is due to launch soon.

We are accredited investors so ignorance is no excuse.

@Dante Terteryan For something as complex as apartment syndication partnering with someone/working for an accredited syndicator is going to be your fastest path to success.

Often deals will require accredited investors so net worth $1mil or more. 

If you want to do syndications and are accredited there are some good developers working in these areas on the various platforms, I always recomend just buying a 4 unit yourself though.
