I currently have a duplex and 2 single family homes but I found a 8 plex that needs some rehabbing. 

There are some details I just found out about. 

I have found some land that is zoned for multi family and I recently heard about the VA 0 down Construction Loan.

The reasons to have employees do recreational investing on their own time became clear when Scoutpads went under, leaving about 160 people who’d found real estate investments via the platform, including the dozens of Meta employees, with an estimated $50 million in losses.

I've done the math on a few dozen of the buildings and individual units for buyers and have rarely found something that will truly make you more than a 4% cap rate.

I finally found another duplex a few towns over that had been sitting for a while, it was badly advertised.

Some people don't like having others around but I've found I really don't mind it if I choose the right person.  

I found that the tenant has turned the property into a small farm. multiple pens set up with at least one pig, 4 or 5 goats, more chickens and ducks than you can count.

I've found a lot that fits our needs, but now I need to "walk the land".
