Heidi M. Mini blinds replacement
23 December 2019 | 11 replies
Hi Heidi,Many people put 1" cheapy blinds in units in "Lower Socioeconomic Areas", and 2" cheapy blinds in units in other areas. The 1-inchers can be had cheaper than the 2-inchers and the residents (and their visitors) tend to be "Harder on the Units" in "Lower Socioeconomic Areas" than they are in other areas (causing more damage).Ultimately it comes down to what do you have to put in to be able to attract the type of applicant you want. Also, in some cases "No Blinds" or "Curtains" will lead those with little money left over from their monthly spending to drive rusty 16d nails into the wall to hang blankets from.
