I use to own some Laundromats and know first hand how they get abused.  50 pounds of clothes in a 18 pound top loader!

Do you tell your husband how great he looks even if you're thinking about how he's put on a few pounds?

Oh how awesome it would be to have zero family responsibilities and do whatever unwanted in real estate at the age of 19.  

i always consider these as not renting unless they prospect can prove otherwise with no doubts whatsoever.And of course, Rob K. gets credit for having landscapers as an unwanted occupations.  

I needed to remove a 300 pound cast iron bath tub recently.

If someone believes that bringing an unwanted child into this world to fend for himself (I think it was you would say children should be able to fend for themselves) is worse than aborting them at a month after conception, you may call them whacked, but I don't.

Maybe even throw in a few extra bucks for your trouble.Having someone pay for this service up front is a good start to weed out unwanted tenants.
