Not specifically a haul away but literally just moving it from the back of the apartment to the front of the street for pick up. 

I've made some changes to my listing (new photos still pending) and showings have picked up.

The APIs are not too tough to use, and I would recommend picking a handful where you'd get the highest value and trying to build out a small MVP that could do those for you.AdWords are also a decent outlet for your existing sites, but I imagine you've looked into that already and maybe even have it covered.

Pick the property with the lowest balance or highest interest rate and dump all extra cash into that payment every month till it's gone. 

I have spares ,  I have 2 refrigerators , 3 washers 1 dryer , a hot water heater and tomorrow I am picking up a 4 year old oil fired boiler for free ( they run about 4 grand ) 

That said, I've been having a hard time picking a strategy .

If you're able to get into a multifamily and reduce your monthly expenses you'd be able to pick back up where you left off, have an investment property, and possibly more monthly cash flow.  

I picked up a house on the weekend that will be at 54% of ARV after we do the repairs in a market where people say “you can’t find deals like that here”.

Want to pick one niche, pick a farm area, and network in that niche and farm area.

Also, given this crisis, it may be a good time to pick up someone else's airbnb already setup (or not?
