I believe there is a conference coming up in Austin, that is more geared towards city officials addressing STR concerns, so might be good insight as to what our city leaders are thinking and planning.   

But it is a larger city, it potentially could hold its own and develop growth on its own with external investment, government leaders, new companies moving in, etc.

Might be the team leader, the broker, your sponsor or other experienced agents you connect with.
