It might be that I deduce that while they're thinking out loud about putting a bed in the dining room. 

He brought in a cherry dining room table that matched the kitchen cabinets.

In addition, we put decorative curtain rods in the living/dining rooms.

The apartment is about 750sf, has it's own kitchen, dining, living, bedroom, bathroom, parking laundry and entrance.

The furnished units would come with the following  a sectional couch, beds, pictures on the wall, shower curtain, rugs, dishes , pots and pans, dining room set.. etc.. 

They even disconnected our dining room light.

We sometimes do that in flips for below and above the chair rail in the dining rooms.We have used grey in bedrooms and bathrooms of a flip.

I'm in the process of renting a property now, and I can't count how many tenants on rental assistance say it's too small for their dining room set, their king size bed, etc.

Ended up using just 160 ft of the unit (was the original kitchen dining area of the unit which included a half bath and separate entrance) and was actually able to relocate kitchen dining area to living area and increasedmy rent to $750 for the unit.

I guess I would have them come back over to the house, sit down at the dining room table, and get the lease signed?
