I agree with @Elliot Grochal , Small Business Bank is very user friendly for businesses who prefer to work in the cloud, but no great bells or whistles.

It also stores your presentations in the cloud, so you can access them and update or pull a pdf using any device.

Not to mention possible litigation from the title cloud.

CHASE really seems to be hitting their 'customers' hard. my dad actually called me up yesterday and his cc was slashed from 3000 to 250 (and he only had a 200 balance).

Your not really getting around any REO rules on wholesaling unless the lender ends up clouding title for resale, which some are doing now.
