But that doesn't mean you can't do really well one block off the beach or even 10 blocks off the beach.

The road basically just doesn't continue on this city block. 

That shouldn't be hard in Baltimore City, but again, things change quickly block by block - so I would consider changing the criteria to 0.25-0.5 miles, and finding an agent who knows the city really well (disclaimer: not me). 

Joel Block's Dealmaking Symposium is the best education around in my opinion and he isn't running a shill program to try to raise money for his projects. 

I hear it said on here often that you have to go block by block to know the good areas and I would have to agree with that statement in general.

That is one reason that whole blocks are abandoned and vacant.
