craigslist has just begun to identify "broker" from "owner" on real estate for sale. 99% are brokers.

I have not begun to do analysis but I know that with prices I am seeing I will not be able to buy the entire property cash and the loan I would apply for will most likely be a bank statement loan so my rate will be a little higher than traditional.  

So far, I only own one property, but I owe that to BP and have begun making Phase 2 connections that I am hopeful will connect and motivate me on to further REI adventures.

I am happy to say Ive already begun Rich Dad Poor Dad...which is a pretty good read for an investment/ real estate book/guide.

Since then I have begun learning from Kenny Rushing and have been researching all of those cats and what each has to offer.You can find watch many of them yourself on YouTube.

I have begun wholesaling in the Orlando market even though I live in the Northeast - so virtual wholesaling.

While I haven't begun planning yet, the next event is likely to be in Denver again.

I've begun to build a team and learned a lot already from these individuals, but I'm still at the beginning of this process.

I've only begun to wholesale a few here and there that don't work for me after 12+ years in my market.If I may ask - why would one continue to wholesale over and over?
