Attending the Ron Legrand Convention today, I say next to a guy who does deal evaluations for people looking to get into self storage, we got to chatting, and he said that the self storage business is really overdeveloped now, go figure, and that often it is best to BUY an existing business than to spend $$$$$ on building a new one.

Hi Ron,  An aside I suggest you take education in the various deal types to deeply understand each type of seller and their problems, thus the issues you might search on.
