While I'm on my soapbox, I also would really like all of you to knock off the fast money big watches wholesaling culture. 

I'm thinking of investing more into the 8% fund but PPR has experienced massive growth as well as a few acquisitions and its tough to tell if they have the same corporate structure and culture as when I initially invested.

The tech culture can be a bit frenzied and Im not into that anymore but if I was 25 years old and starting out, there is probably no better place to start a career.

But there are major cultural differences between what is acceptable.

Some cultural community centers also have people on hand who are qualified to help bridge the language and cultural gap.

Calkin (Culture of Corruption) and Beck( Arguing with Idiots) have written books that have THOUSANDS of footnotes to back up the message.

I work as a commidities broker and deal with companies globally and now have many friends and associates from all cultures.

As far as "Socialism" goes, I do not want to see our culture turn into one that is not productive, or feels a sense of entitlement either.
