It was bc I can’t work in newburgh if I’m sick from my regular Job. it’s been crazy I probably don’t need anymore crazy at close to 50 years old Had at least half a dozen yelling screaming, getting punched macing people going down a flight of stairs with a junkie chased numerous junkie thief’s off my property.

And even then you can't control whether they live there or visit....or if they turn into one of these after they have moved in.Makes no difference if its an A neighborhood or a D neighborhood, as a landlord you can't prevent any of these people from coming to or even living in your property.So, how exactly can owning every house on the street allow someone to "control who lives there"?

Hi Heidi,Many people put 1" cheapy blinds in units in "Lower Socioeconomic Areas", and 2" cheapy blinds in units in other areas.The 1-inchers can be had cheaper than the 2-inchers and the residents (and their visitors) tend to be "Harder on the Units" in "Lower Socioeconomic Areas" than they are in other areas (causing more damage).Ultimately it comes down to what do you have to put in to be able to attract the type of applicant you want.Also, in some cases "No Blinds" or "Curtains" will lead those with little money left over from their monthly spending to drive rusty 16d nails into the wall to hang blankets from.
