Needless to say that wasn’t my first time telling my wife we’ll get rich on crypto!!

Crypto markets have been even more erratic. 

That's very surprising as skills in tech and information systems are some of the most marketable skills in today's business environment which is very process driven and looks to technology to streamline everything.

As long as it's equity, it's like Crypto - a mere passing thought in someone's whimsical mind or perhaps a cypher (number) on a sheet of paper.

But I think we are in a new era that will only become increasingly centralized and streamlined and it's crashes and corrections will be more nefarious than an extra 2 million houses being built and bad mortgages being issued to minimum wage earners.  

I don't do ETF's or REITS or futures or Crypto, etc.

Is there a more sophisticated/ streamlined method for postage?

Some enjoy the risk of crypto, some enjoy the risk of managing flips and short term rentals and some prefer larger assets which typically insulate risk to a degree with expert teams.

The reason for this is that it will make payment more reliable as there has been postal issues in the past.I suggested opening a Chase account as they own my mortgage as they accept photo images of checks which should streamline the process but he is resisting that and has indicated that if I don't do it his way, he will have to raise his fees.I can't help but feel uncomfortable with an arrangement where the property manager wants to deposit all of the rent money into his account as it takes a lot of control away from me and I have a mortgage to pay.

This will go a long way to keeping track of my portfolio so financing future deals will be more streamlined.
