Thankfully it stopped there and didn't blow up my propane tank or blow into an open window in the units below me and light a unit on fire...anyway...I'm not a lawyer, but my advice to you is to make sure your lease is air tight and spells out the HOA rules.

I saw several errors including the fact that I had been assigned a Realtor /broker with a $3500 commission fee, there was no accounting of a $500 earnst deposit, my name was spelled wrong on several pages, and the buyer had re-assigned the contract to someone else!

There is always a clause allowing a title company to correct incidental errors in spelling amounts and recordings.So if they made a mistake they can probably fix it.
