Anyhow we have been soaking everything from them, podcasts, books, and then meeting with lenders since that’s the phase we are in.

I got soaked on a deal, and if I had checked the guy's criminal background first I would've found out he was a professional con artist.Build up a good cash reserve for yourself and NEVER dip into it.

Personally its difficult for me to find time to sit down and read but I make sure to get in at least 10 minutes per day Miracle Morning style (another great book for productivity)  The podcasts have so much information to soak up, I listen when I'm driving, working at my desk, mowing the lawn, seriously all the time.  

I have been all in for the past month, trying to soak up any education that i can, becoming fully invested in the community and getting to as many REI groups as possible!
