I don't think it hurts though to wear jacket and tie if your comfortable in it and used to it.. but you sure don't want to go into a banker meeting looking like you just milked some cows or crawled off of a job site..

I realize that it depends on how many properties you own, whats your investment model, and what you access to funds such as lines of credit are... either way, I would love to hear more about how yall evaluate where to out the dry powder & recycle it to do it again all while not getting to lean to cover the unexpected.

The original plan was that after I found the perfect deals and purchase 2-3 homes in cash I would recycle the investment cash via refi pulling out 70% of appraised value and simply repeat this process as I come across great deals.
