Too Many "Investors" Owning Homes...Are We Heading For A Whole New Serious R/E Problem?

Both of those homes are in older neighborhoods, but they're close to jobs, healthcare & shopping, so people are willing to live with an older home, knowing that their commutes will be short & their paychecks won't be direct-deposited to the Saudi's.
