If you bring a deal with a little hair on it, they probably will take a pass half way through and put you in a time crunch to find a new lender. 

@Richard NelsonGet a section 8 tenant you will get tough inspector in that area with gold/blonde hair she is mean, but after it gets a approved then you will be fine, cash flowing for a year then it starts all over again.

It's great for pizza and hair salons however not selling a specific piece of real estate.I would however send a postcard to the following list of property owners.

Two years later they are still dealing with this house they want out of their hair, except the house is two years older, and now has squirrels living in it, and that mold problem has invaded the living room.

While a retail drug operation may be required to be in a store front, you might check on personal services, massages, hair dresser, etc. can usually be performed in ones home with few restrictions (usually limited signage and parking and by appointment only!)

I'm not the kiss and tell type, but my GF seems to stay close...LOL....don't let Rich fool ya I bet his wife was there and there's a reason he has such short hair...time to go dear...........LOL
