He was exhausted & we knew it.25 went through it during the 12 days it sat listed, & the general consensus was it needed too much work!!!!

You’re often better off not even trying to figure certain things out because the energy it takes is just so exhausting.

I would exhaust any scenario that involves them staying at or close to market rent before you try and evict.

Ultimately is the only responsible defense against government when you have exhausted talking and have still been walked-over)

That's why I added another gable vent to our house... having enough exhaust area is just as important as opening enough inlets below.

It's an exhausting, and years-long effort (or at least it was in my case), and you will STILL be disappointed at the end of the day by the failure to take action on the part of some of those you volunteer on behalf of.
