OMG, there's a couple of endless threads on that already.  

Lot and a half, on a corner, no trees on the lot, no trees in front to block the endless sunsets and moonrises. 2700 sq. feet of cinder block contruction with 2600 sq. feet of pavers, two Central AC units, one is for the 800 sq. foot Den and Sunroom with half bath and inside storage room with all the utilities including sprinkler control.

Anyone have experience with Cozy and/or Lease Runner in managing your rental properties?

What killed it eventually was the 6 months it took to approve because more than 70% of her income were from rentals and we were constantly asked to show endless documentation for that rental income—all of the rental income was paid online by tenants through Zelle/QuickPay at the time, the lender/processor kept asking for cancelled checks, etc. at one point stating that without cancelled checks they couldn’t verify(!!!)....

We can debate it endlessly here but it won't change anything.
