That being said, people who call themselves wholesalers can and do go after thinner margins then I will, and they make it up in volume.

This place definately lowers my blood pressure on a daily basis.

Guy PM off of BP a month or so ago and that is exactly what happened took title via QCD into a land trust had the sale ready to close but title co.. would not insure .. and then to make matters worse this guy could not get with the seller /  reading between the lines bad blood...
