If I were to to gift someone any amount for an investment I would want to know what return I would be getting.

They claim they did the usual (vacuuming, sweeping, swiffering, wiping down all of the countertops, cleaning the bathrooms head to toe, spot cleaning walls, wiping down window sills, and running drain cleaner through the sinks). 

I prefer to to have one lease that everyone is on. 

If they’re old toilets replace the whole thing with a good Toto version.
