So, if a buyer is in one of my REO listings without an agent, and happens to reveal that I gave out the code when a bank rep shows up...not only will I lose the listing, but probably any future listings with that company.

They dig out the land till the wall fully was revealed.

A simple background check on my part revealed that he had a prior eviction and her whole problem could have been avoided with a little basic screening.

We also did a title search which revealed different information that was given to us from the real estate agent.

I did notice that the siding was coming off of one of the windows revealing a sheet of plywood that had been nailed over the window.

I think you'd find that old adage would start to reveal itself, "Garbage in, garbage out."

Reviewing one of these documents in detail will reveal much about the file, including if a will is attached, etc.

My guess is that inspection is revealing major flaws. 

Well the inspection came back not revealing any major problems, just run of the mill things like sealing some openings to prevent rodents from coming inside the structure, removing loose dead wiring, broken windows etc.
