I agree that there can be a place for higher risk lenders in solid deals, problem is most that I have known lacked the knowledge to identify a real risk and costing such risk as opposed to greed acting upon the opportunity.Since Missouri and Arkansas have usury laws, it's hard to get too greedy.

In trying to create an Arkansas LLC owned by a Wyoming LLC, I've discovered that Arkansas requires that at least one member of a new company be either 1) an individual, or 2) a company that is already registered in Arkansas.I've been able to create LLCs in other states, which are owned by the Wyoming LLC, but so far Arkansas is the only state I've seen have this restriction.Has anybody created an Arkansas LLC owned by another state LLC?
