To me a scammer is like a well known note investor in austin who as an example went to write a book and charged people $500 to write a chapter in the book and took the money and never published it.

The bank then writes a check from the borrowers deposit account to whomever the money goes to.Do you see what's happening?

Once they get used to it they will never want to write a check again.  

Anthony,You would be surprised by using some old school methods like simply writing a letter like you mentioned. 

The reality is the opposite - if it's not in writing then the PMC doesn't have to provide the service or can charge extra for it!

If the agent is working for a RE broker I would be writing that broker..
