I really don't want to open that can of worms here.Anything you do where you're hastening the amortization of a loan can be thought of as debt acceleration, whether you use a HELOC, deposit account, your mattress, lottery winnings, passive income from other real estate, ...That said, I do have a couple of presentations I've been giving locally: Credit Literacy and Debt Strategies.

The only way I would ever win a MF deal in DFW would be to overpay - I wouldn’t understand the sub market like the locals do.Pick one or two markets you can get to easily.
