Granted I have 7 buildings and I just haven’t had that many problems and so far my only real “emergency” was caused by a tenant under the influence of who knows what who overflowed a portable washer he shouldn’t have been using in the first place and flooded the downstairs unit.

Install new door to enter bathroom.Rear Bedroom:- Nothing specific.Rear entryway:- Install washer / dryer hookups, likely for stackable.Bathroom:- Re-install toilet to face tub.- Extend bathroom into middle bedroom, extending wall from middle bedroom closet over to center wall, squaring off the middle bedroom.- Tile bathroom with different, likely cream or light gray colored tile.

You can make minor adjustments based on the type of appliances (dishwasher, clothes washer and dryer, air conditioning, etc.) and the size of the rental.

My offer does include seller concessions for new refrigerator and washer/dryer hookups, so hopefully they are receptive to that.

At detached houses tenants often bring their own appliance like frig, washer and dryer, whereas in condos and TH those appliances are often supplied by the owner.   

My renters tell me that the main selling points are the full kitchen and the washer/dryer.

We suspected it was from another tenant who was a mechanic and I warned them that they needed to stop washing his work clothes in the washer but we are on occurrence #4 now what should I do? 

Even during Covid finding 2 sets of washers and dryers, and 26 sets of pre-cut blinds for an 80 year old house was not an issue.

I already have separate utilities, a washer/dryer in each unit.
