Emotional support pets are pets- people print up paperwork from the internet so their landlord will allow them to have a pet- they expect their untrained pet to be treated as a service animal, which is a slap in the face to those hard working, trained animals and to the people who train them.

We removed it, and when with 2 propane heaters (one for the basement and one for the cabin).Some other things to think about:- Hammock- Bug spray- Boot tray for shoes- Snow shovels- Coffee and condiments for when they are snowed in and can't get out- Fly swatter for summer- If no internet service, then consider getting Starlink.

Remember your costs will be more for an STR, you'll be paying for a lot of things you wouldn't with an LTR - higher STR insurance, all utilities including internet, supplies like toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher detergent etc, upkeep on furniture and linens if damaged, yard maintenance and grass cutting/snow removal, trash removal, etc.

The requirements are:1 - You must be personable and have the ability to answer questions with more than one word answers.2 - You must have high-speed internet of at least 15 mb/s (preferably 20mb+)3 - You must have a web camera (we record audio and video for all shows) and we do require a decent microphone.
